These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ViharaOS property management system, websites, mobile and desktop applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by ViharaOS ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a property or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

Accounts are provisioned by ViharaOS or an authorised administrator. There is no public self-service registration; access to the Service is granted to verified hospitality businesses and their staff.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

• Keep your contact and billing information accurate and current.
• Assign roles and permissions appropriate to each staff member.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available for sensitive roles.

New properties may begin with a 14-day free trial. No payment instrument is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription.

Subscription fees are charged per property on a monthly or annual basis as selected. All prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes, including 18% GST, which will be added to your invoice.

Plan inclusions, feature entitlements and prices are those shown in our live catalogue at the time of purchase and may be updated from time to time. Upgrades, downgrades and added properties are prorated automatically.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including immigration reporting, taxation, and data-protection requirements.

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent security controls.
• Do not use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

The Service provides tools to assist with statutory obligations such as Form-C foreign-guest reporting, police register exports, GST routing and e-invoicing. These tools are provided to assist you; they do not transfer your legal obligations to us.

You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for meeting your legal duties. Where a government portal is unavailable, the Service will generate the necessary documents for manual filing and log every attempt for your records.

The Service is designed to operate offline on supported desktop clients and to synchronise when connectivity is restored. While we strive for high availability of cloud components, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may perform maintenance and deploy updates, including automatic background updates to the desktop client, with the goal of minimising disruption to active sessions.

The Service, including all software, design, and content provided by us, is owned by ViharaOS and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.

You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited licence to process Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment.

Upon termination, you may export Your Data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted in accordance with our retention and Privacy policies and applicable law (including GST record-keeping requirements).

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gaya, Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
